There’s no charging point in the dining or living room, which is inconvenient. The toilet doesn’t work, and the sink has no catchment, so good luck if you accidentally drop a ring down it. The toilet ceiling also looks like it could seep through at any time. The sofa was so dirty and stained that we wouldn’t sit on it, and my daughter screamed when she saw a baby cockroach crawling near the dustbin by the dining table.

For 200 + a night, this felt like a nightmare. There was no Wi-Fi, and the electric fan was really dirty. The sheets were old, and the bed looked like something they’d bought at a NIGHT MARKET (PASAR MALAM). Hearing BERJAYA TIME SQUARE made me think, wow, but the room looked like it was from the 90’s. Not worth it.

There was an ironing board and iron, but no hair dryer, and they hadn’t provided the Wi-Fi password. The bathtub had hair in it, and some furniture was broken. It took them 5 HOURS! after check in to fix it with superglue. If I’d known that was all they’d use, I might have gone to a nearby store and bought glue myself. They only gave us two towels for a room of four people.

The amenities were fine, and I had a pleasant, enjoyable stay at Residence Suite At Times Square. Its excellent location made it easy to get around the city. 🏙️😊👍
