Staff member Nurul was helpful and friendly, and the Indian lady cleaner was friendly too. The place passed on cleanliness, parking was easy, and there were lots of shops nearby. It was a comfortable stay with family. Nice experience, and we'll repeat.

We had booked a room on the 4th floor, but our mother couldn't manage the trip up, so they kindly gave us a room on the 1th floor instead. I really appreciate that. The service was good and the price affordable. Thank you very much 😍😍 We definitely recommend staying here. Have a safe journey.

Staff Jass was very nice and gave me a room on the 1 floor. I had an okay stay with my husband. There's a water filter and ironboard too. Budget Ramadan with RM 80, okla.

Some staff acted as if Japanese people who can't speak English are stupid. The room wasn't clean, with stained bed sheets and dirty cups and sink, and there was no refrigerator. I had booked and paid for a room with a window, but when we arrived they said none were available and put us in a very small, closed-in room. Even though it was a cheaper room, they refused to refund the difference. Anyway, it sucks.
