9 Square Hotel - Sri Kembangan

I checked out just an hour after arriving because I was so uncomfortable. The front desk attitude was as filthy as the bedsheets in the room. Hospitality was terrible and highly unprofessional, making the whole experience disgusting and regrettable.

The woman at the counter typed the wrong date herself, then acted like it was my fault. She was super rude and looked annoyed the whole time. Management, please do something. Seeing that face made a bad first impression of your hotel.

The staff were very friendly, and my stay was excellent. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

The staff member was friendly when we checked in, then got busy on her phone. She didn't notice we couldn't get into the hotel, so we had to wait for another guest to come out and open the door. There was also a strong cigarette smell in the walkway as soon as we got out of the lift. The place was cleaner than some other hotels nearby, and for this price in Serdang the stay was okay. Our twin room had no window, which we only realized after arriving, and the family room for 4 was quite small. The bed was right by the door, so opening it felt like walking straight into the bed. Decent enough, just don't expect more. The location was okay, with lots of places to eat, massage parlors open late, and even a bar or an uncle's KTV place. It can get noisy, especially on weekends, so it may not suit you if you want a quiet sleep. Parking was also hard to find around busy lunch and dinner times.
