The hotel’s cleanliness was the main problem during my stay of more than a week at Hotel 99 Seri Kembangan. Floors, toilets, trash areas on each level, the lobby toilet, and the lift area all seemed poorly maintained. The environment felt unhygienic and made it less comfortable. At times I felt some government hospitals were cleaner, which shouldn’t be the case for a hotel. Cleaning seemed either irregular or not done thoroughly. The reception team, though, were friendly, polite, and professional. Check-in went smoothly, they were approachable, and they made the place welcoming. Their service was the reason I extended my stay. I’m checking out today. If management takes cleanliness seriously, with daily floor cleaning and proper care of the toilets, lifts, and trash areas, the hotel could improve a lot. There’s potential for it to be one of the better options in the area, but the property’s condition doesn’t match the excellent service. I wrote this in the hope management will make improvements. The team deserves a better environment to represent. Thank you.

There are plenty of convenience stores around, so getting late-night food isn’t a worry. The hotel is also close to the KTM station, making the train into the city centre super convenient. My room was clean and the facilities were good. Great place to stay.

For anyone going to UPM to pick up their kids for semester leave or for other work there, this is a proper, clean, legit hotel. A room fits up to 3 people and costs a moderate 120MYR a night.

The room looked new and felt comfortable, but the highway noise was awful. Soundproofing was really poor, and it was so loud I couldn't sleep all night.

The room was comfortable and clean, and I had a pleasant stay. Staff could have smiled more, though; their service felt a little less warm. Everything else was good.
