The security guards were friendly and really helpful. The condo and surrounding area are peaceful and fantastic, but my experience with the management office was the opposite. The clerks and staff were rude and inattentive, chatting among themselves and treating residents harshly. Management should keep a closer eye on this, especially when plenty of people looking for work could provide polite customer service. The office staff could learn from the guards.

For under 2000 MYR a month, you get a fully furnished apartment with a nice mountain view. It's inexpensive and clean, with a swimming pool, children's playground, surau and some indoor games. There's also a laundry, small store and kitchenette for takeaway or eating in, open from morning until late at night. LRT Gombak is a five-minute walk away, and buses to IIUM come every 10 to 15 minutes. Most amenities are within walking distance, and Melawati Mall is the nearest mall. Some areas need repairs and better maintenance, but it's an acceptable budget option for either a short or long stay.

There's a lot of noise in this condo, which is full of foreign UIA students. Lrt Putra Gombak is within walking distance. Outside the guardhouse by the road, there are lots of old cars.

That security staff member was the rudest woman I've ever dealt with in Malaysia, maybe in my whole life. Finding tenants may be hard with that kind of attitude. Manners matter, and I'll find another condo where my guest won't get scolded just for not knowing which gate to use.
