The staff were very helpful and friendly, and my room was clean and nice with a comfy bed. The bathroom was clean too, as far as I could tell. They have a washing machine and dryer. For parking, you can use public parking or the private lot opposite the hotel, which I think costs RM 30 maximum per day. The live pub next door plays super loud music from 10pm to 2am. Even after that, you can still hear people talking loudly, and I couldn’t sleep at all. I’d recommend this less for light sleepers. If you like live pubs, though, you could consider staying here. I like the hotel, but the music at night is too loud for a good sleep.

This worked well for a short, no-frills stay when I wanted somewhere clean and affordable and planned to be out most of the day. The rooms are small and box-like, with a practical layout, so it’s better suited to traveling light than spreading out. I found them clean, and the shared toilets were usually clean and dry. For the price, it’s a solid budget option with a few drawbacks. Sound is the main one. Noise from the pub downstairs carries up clearly until around midnight, and you can hear through the walls between rooms too. I slept fine once the pub quieted down, but early sleepers or anyone with an early start should plan for it. If you’re a light sleeper, earplugs or a white-noise app may help. You could also ask for a room farther from the street or on a higher floor, if possible. If you need lots of space or near-silence, the setup may feel limiting. I’d give it four stars. The cleanliness and practical design stood out, and better sound insulation would make it a top-tier budget pick. I’d stay again for a short visit, especially if the noise is addressed or I’m planning late nights out.

I’m happy to be back here after staying at this property on my previous trip. It’s comfortable and conveniently located, which makes getting around easy. For this two-night booking, I’d asked for a high-floor room with a window view but was first given a room without a window. The male front desk staff explained they preferred not to assign the requested room because it could be noisy. I understood and didn’t mind, and he kindly arranged a room change. We also initially received just one towel instead of two, but the staff sorted it promptly once I let them know. I appreciated their quick help and the effort they made to communicate throughout my stay.

The pub next door played bass-heavy music so loudly that I couldn’t sleep. It went on until 3am despite the place being empty, and the earplugs at reception didn’t block it. Other reviews say the noise isn’t bad or that they don’t hear it, so maybe it depends on the room’s location. My room was spacious and clean, I felt secure in it and in the hotel, and the staff were very friendly. The bathrooms and toilets were usable, but need more cleaning.
