They wouldn't let me check in because they said they wouldn't honor the Agoda booking, even though the Maybank transaction had already gone through. They wanted me to pay for another room on top of what I'd paid through Agoda. The owner took my phone and looked through it without permission. They also refused to reimburse or refund me. I'll take this to the higher authorities. Shame on you, Padua Inn and Agoda.

This budget motel seems to have trouble with online bookings through Agoda, Oyyo, Booking.com, and other sites. Make a reservation online, and be ready to get turned away when you arrive.

It's an okay place at an okay price. If you want to be in the busy part of baru feringhi, you can stay here.

The staff weren't friendly, the service was bad, and the room facilities were poor. Not suitable for families.
