I booked an Airbnb in this apartment. It’s well connected to the mall and close to both MRT and LRT stations. The facilities are nice and complete, making it suitable for families, and the security guard was friendly and very helpful.

After 10 pm, the neighbors are still making noise like they usually do. What a nightlife. Sleeping seems optional here.

The lobby smells of toilets because the ventilation is poor, and the shared areas aren't looked after well. We pay maintenance fees, but very little seems to get done. The pool cues have been unusable for three years, and complaints to management just get swept aside. There is no visitor parking. Alphards regularly block the lobby, while other cars aren't allowed to wait or park for long. The guards seem scared of the drivers, who, especially at night, may be waiting for their bosses to finish with their China girls or having loud KTV parties at 4 am. Drunken fights are common too. Lots of China girls work in clubs around here, and management must know what's going on, but doesn't seem to care. There's also a nearby gambling den, though apparently you need a membership to get in.

Food is so good around here, and the MRT is close by. We stayed in the AirBnB, and it was really convenient!

It's not bad, though the atmosphere feels a little hollow.
