The receptionist was so rude, and the place has no manners or sense of responsibility. They never seem to own their mistakes. Having foreign staff deal with customers makes it worse, with no basic courtesy in the way they speak. Cakap pun main hembus 👎🏻👎🏻 This place doesn’t even deserve one star.

The room was clean and had plenty of space, with windows. There’s also a large common area with lovely indoor landscaping. Good location.

I travel solo and usually find good-value staycations, but I wouldn’t choose this one again. The location is great, though the accommodation was awful: dirty sheets and bathroom, no bed provided, noisy air conditioning, and poor service from the foreign staff. Cleanliness needs to be a priority here.

I paid for a family room, but at check-in they said it was fully booked. They offered a king room instead, which was smaller, and wanted me to pay extra. It was their mistake, yet they asked the customer for more money. Felt like a scam.

I was really impressed with how clean the room was and how courteous and helpful the reception staff were. The service exceeded what I expected, and the stay felt like good value for money. Zee, keep up the good work. I’d definitely return, and I recommend the hotel.
