10/10
The location is especially convenient, with government offices nearby and restaurants, convenience stores, and public transportation all around. My room stayed clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and ready to take care of requests.
8/10
The air conditioning worked fine, and the room was okay. Shops and restaurants are close by. A few things need attention: the bathroom door sometimes won’t close properly, with a gap in it, so please replace it. The TV table is in poor condition, there aren’t enough chairs, and the mattress should be changed.
10/10
There’s no parking provided, so you have to park at DBKL PT80. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and my room was clean, comfortable, and smelled nice.
8/10
The location is strategic and the staff are friendly. The price is reasonable. The room felt a bit small for a couple, with limited space for prayer (solat), but it does come with a mini fridge, hairdryer, and iron and ironing board.
6/10
It’s an okay hotel. When I go to my room and fall asleep, the air conditioner starts turning off for no reason and displays FE. I don’t know what that means.
