The surroundings are beautiful, with a lovely view. Everything is well organised for convenience, and the 24-hour security made me feel completely secure. A worry-free place to stay.

I’ve lived here for 12 years. The location is fantastic, and management and security are good.

The lifts are unbelievably unreliable. They barely get me to the floor I need, and they keep going out of service. I’m surprised more people don’t talk about this.

Restaurant Charles inside the condominium made for a delightful meal, and the whole building was clean. The security staff were friendly and very humble, while Mr. Rohit, the chief of staff, was approachable and ready to answer our questions. Our short visit to Malaysia and stay at the Royal Regant was really enjoyable. Thanks to everyone who made it so pleasant!

The guardhouse security guard was arrogant toward a visitor. Visitors don’t owe them money! It gives this condo a bad image.
