Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur

We had a great time at the rooftop on the 51st floor. The drinks were delicious, the team made us feel welcome, and the DJ played a fun, modern selection of music. We also loved the pool on the 53rd floor. We didn’t have a reservation, but asked politely and the kind staff let us in. We really enjoyed it and would recommend the experience.

The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable, and everything went smoothly from check-in through checkout. One thing I’d like to see is a pool better suited to children, perhaps with warmers or bubbles to give it more of a jacuzzi feel. A lovely surprise at check-in made the stay extra special: they gave my six-year-old son a piece of cheesecake for his birthday. Thanks to all the amazing staff. We’ll definitely be back 😀 😉

I especially loved relaxing by the Level 51 pool, with its sweeping Kuala Lumpur skyline views. In the evening, watching the city lights come on was wonderful. Our room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully designed, and having a private pool made the stay feel distinctive and luxurious. The facilities were well maintained, and the atmosphere felt elegant yet welcoming. Staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help. Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for a staycation, a special occasion or a memorable visit to the city.

The private pool and the décor really stood out. The whole place felt relaxing and thoughtfully put together, and service was consistently good, so the stay felt easy and comfortable. There’s plenty to do inside the hotel, which meant we didn’t need to go out much. I especially liked the 24-hour gym, with its great views and space to train whenever you want. The sky deck is a cute spot to unwind too. Had a great weekend at Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur and will definitely return.
