There were plenty of restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores within walking distance, so finding food was easy. Getting around Kuala Lumpur was convenient too, with MRT/LRT stations nearby. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and felt like good value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to travelers after an affordable, convenient place.

On my first stay here, the room was clean and comfortable, a good place to rest after a long day out. The Chinatown location was a real plus, with food spots, cafes, and public transport all walkable. Acung, Siti, and Adim stood out for their friendly, attentive help throughout the stay. Achun at reception was especially kind and helpful, and his friendly support made the stay even better. D Loft Hotel was clean and comfortable, and the price felt worthwhile. Its convenient location made my trip easier and more enjoyable. We had a very pleasant stay, and I'd gladly recommend it.

I've never stayed in a hotel this bad. The room was filthy and the location was terrible, while the front desk service was atrocious. Check-in was chaotic: my first key wouldn't open the room, and with a replacement key I found another guest already inside. Then I was told to wait an hour for a room to become available. If I hadn't paid online, I would definitely have wanted a refund.

The location is a gold mine, right beside Petaling Street, with plenty of food nearby so you won't go hungry. The service was fast and efficient, no complaints there. The downsides: I booked a queen room for two and got the last room on level 2. It was small, hard to move around in, and the toilet smelled awful, like cockroaches or sewage.
