The service was good, and both the bed and quilt were really comfortable. But the room had a strong cigarette smell, and the toilet’s musty odor made me feel sick. Even the hair dryer had a powerful cockroach smell.

The bed sagged badly in the middle, and that matters a lot to me because I couldn’t sleep properly on it. There’s no water filter in the lobby either, and I don’t use the electric kettle in hotel rooms when I travel. The staff service, bathroom, and toilet were all nice, though. Just my personal opinion.

The receptionist was polite and nice while handling the booking, check-in, and check-out. There are a limited number of roadside spaces marked 'guest reserved car park' right in front of the hotel, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Our Twin Room was very clean and spacious, with good air-conditioning. It looked nice and had a vanity table plus a large extra mirror on the wall. The beds were soft and bouncy, and very comfortable to lie on. The light switches were right beside the bed. The bathroom was clean, the taps had a good water supply, and guest essentials were provided.

The air conditioning was barely cool, from nighttime right through to morning.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and there are parking spaces in front of the hotel. But avoid a room with a window facing the main road. Birds chirped all night, and there were hundreds of them to look at.
