The hotel was quiet, and the staff were friendly and easy to approach. There’s plenty of parking behind the building, plus Starbucks next door for a quick coffee or snack. Reception took a while at both check-in and check-out, though. My king standard room felt warm and stuffy, and it could have been cleaner. I found hair on the sofa chair, and the air-conditioning took some time to cool things down. The bed and amenities were comfortable, and I appreciated the slippers. There were lots of power plugs, but some were loose. The TV was slow and laggy, and the fridge wasn’t cold. A kettle and hair dryer were handy, while the shower heater was slow to bring the water to a comfortable temperature. The stay was just borderline decent for me. It costs more than other hotels of a similar standard, and the overall experience didn’t feel worth the price.

Whenever I visit BP, this is still my favourite hotel. They give good advice about the rooms, and the service has been good. Starbucks is right beside it. Parking is behind the hotel, and the guard was kind and helped with the luggage.

The receptionist was kind and friendly. The room was clean, with enough plugs for my needs, and the hotel has its own parking.

There are lots of food options around the hotel, and Starbucks is right in the lobby. My room had enough space for me to pray, though it was a bit small. The bed was comfortable, the shower had strong pressure and got hot enough, and the air conditioner was cold but a little noisy. The Starbucks billboard faced my room and its light shone in until around 11 PM, which made it hard to sleep. Thank God for the dark curtains.

The bathroom fan was really loud whenever I turned on the light, and there were no hand towels. Apart from that, the room was cozy even though it wasn’t big. The water pressure was strong, and the location was nice. There’s a parking lot for the hotel too.
