We had a very pleasant two-night stay. Both rooms were roomy, clean and comfortable, and the heating and air conditioning were powerful. The USB ports were handy too. I’d read that the hotel sprayed fragrance before guests arrived, so I emailed ahead about our allergies. They followed the request closely and both rooms were fragrance-free throughout our stay. Breakfast had a good range, and the selection on day two was almost entirely different from the first morning. There wasn’t much to fault with the rooms or the hotel generally. A couple of small things could be improved. The stainless steel lift buttons are hard to see against the stainless steel panel, and the 16 button was in a different spot in different lifts. It caused some confusion. We also could have used an extra toilet roll. I got one from a housekeeping cart in the corridor.

The staff in the dining room were attentive and polite, and they kept the buffet stocked promptly. That helped make up for the limited breakfast spread and the tea selection, which had just one English tea option. The pool area could use more care. The pool is quite small, the tables and chairs look worn, and the surrounding tiles need a proper scrub and some refurbishment. We stayed at St. Giles Boulevard Hotel in Kuala Lumpur from 21-23 May 2026. The room was on the small side, but clean, comfortable and practical for a short visit, with decent toiletries and amenities. Its direct connection to Mid Valley Mega Mall was a real plus, with shopping, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and entertainment just nearby. Despite the breakfast and pool drawbacks, we had a comfortable stay, and the location and helpful staff made it a good option for getting around.

Hakimi made my mother’s birthday stay feel special. He sorted out our room decoration request and even arranged an upgrade, so we really did feel like VIPs. I’ve been back to St. Giles Boulevard Kuala Lumpur at least six times in the last three years, for both work and leisure, and it always feels like coming home. Service is consistently excellent, and the amenities are convenient and well maintained. The hotel is central enough for getting around KL but less congested than Bukit Bintang, with luxury shopping a short walk away and plenty of places to eat nearby. My parents love the comfort and convenience here and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Kuala Lumpur. Thanks to the whole team. We’re looking forward to coming back.

Hakimi at the front desk was so thoughtful and helpful about arranging a birthday cake. It was a really sweet gesture and made my birthday feel extra special. The room was comfortable, the service excellent, and the location great. I had a wonderful stay at St. Giles Boulevard Hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. I’ll definitely be back.

It was easy to get to shopping and food, with Mid Valley Megamall and The Gardens right next door. My room at St. Giles Boulevard Hotel Kuala Lumpur was clean and comfortable, with cozy bedding and a rain shower. The staff were generally friendly and helpful too. A good choice if you want convenient access to KL’s shopping hubs.
