Regalia Suites & Residence studio Apartment by Enjoy your stay

We booked a week at Regalia Residence through Airbnb in April 2025 and really liked how convenient the location was. We could walk to Sunway Putra Mall for meals, salon visits, and shopping, then walk back. As two girls travelling together, we felt safe in the area. The residence also has a laundry and a small convenience shop for everyday basics. Some of the shared areas near the café weren’t very clean, and the lift was a bit slow at times, but it’s still a nice, budget-friendly place to stay.

I could see KLCC, 118 and KL Tower from the room, which was a great view. It was my first time booking here. The studio apartment was spacious and could fit up to five people.

Putra metro is close by, so getting to Batu Caves and KL Central was easy. The apartment was good for the price, and I stayed four days, though I was ready to get back to Bangkok. The window faced the courtyard and other apartments, which was disappointing and the reason for my low rating. The pool and gym are shared by residents of blocks A, B and C, so they get crowded and there isn't much privacy. There are useful facilities too: shops on the fourth floor, a courtyard garden with fish, and a pool on the 37th floor of block A with an incredible view. I could only see the hall through glass from the courtyard.

It's an affordable place with good potential, and Sunway Putra Mall, the KTM Commuter station and PWTC LRT are all within walking distance. The laundry and small convenience shop were useful during a longer stay. But the property needs renovation and better upkeep. Several lifts were out of order or very slow, many lights in common areas didn't work, and shared spaces near the café weren't very clean. BilaBila customer service was disappointing, and security seemed overwhelmed by the size of the building. There are access card doors, but multiple stairways from the lobby let people in without proper security checks, which is concerning.
