There are lots of places to eat, drink, and shop near the hotel, and the area felt safe. My two-day, one-night stay was enjoyable, with drinking water available and refill stations at the end of the hall by the elevator. The room also had an iron and ironing board. The water heater was leaking, though, so it didn't work properly and seemed to waste water. Thanks for the service.

The location was probably the best part, and the USB charging ports came in handy. It's a pretty basic hotel. There aren't proper windows, so you can't really tell what time it is, and there's no ventilation. Water sits in the bathroom all day, and the humidity can leave a noticeable smell in the room.

The location wasn't bad, but the room wasn't clean enough. It smelled of cigarettes as soon as I checked in, and there were stains on the pillow, blanket, and towels.

A convenient location, a nicely designed studio room, and good facilities. The receptionist was very friendly too.

We got confused because there are two branches in Chow Kit. The booking photos showed a different location, and when we arrived, we were told to go around the back to another branch. Traffic was really bad, with construction all around. The place felt dark and unsafe.
