Just In Hotel

I kept coming back because the location is near our parents' place, and the room costs RM88. On my first stay it wasn't clean, but I let it go. The second time was much worse: the bedsheets looked unchanged from the previous guest, and there was black stuff on the toilet seat that I didn't want to identify. I like the location and don't expect friendly staff or anything at that price. I just need somewhere clean enough to fall asleep at the end of the day. I won't be back anytime soon.

The bed was comfortable, but that's the only good thing I can say. There was a lot of noise, plus a strange beep in the room going off about every minute all night. The Wi-Fi was useless, so anyone working remotely should avoid it. I can't recommend staying here unless you're booking the three-hour rate with a partner for some "fun."

I slept really comfortably here. The bed and pillow were super comfortable, and the room had a cozy boutique feel with nice design. The bathroom was clean and roomy enough for me and my girls to do our makeup together. Had a great stay and would come back.

The room itself had a soft bed and cold air conditioning, but the sink and pillow were dirty, the Wi-Fi was poor, and there's no parking apart from roadside spaces. I booked a superior family room listed with two double beds and a sofa bed, but we got one double and two single beds. Staff said the listing was wrong and the system hadn't been updated. At check-in I paid RM50 as a deposit and RM138.30. At checkout the next morning, staff said I owed RM183.30, which was supposedly a cancellation or no-show charge. My email showed the room price was RM158. It took nearly half an hour to show the email and explain, while staff liaised with someone else, before I got the balance back. Hotel records are handwritten, so double-check the payment and amount when you pay. Think twice before booking.
