The checkout was another example of the same aggressive treatment: we stopped briefly to return the room key, and the guard kept telling us to move at once. Throughout the stay, the place felt hostile and badly managed, with rude service and little consideration for guests. I won't return, and I wouldn't recommend it. I couldn't give zero stars, so one star is already more than it deserves. Do better. We were travelling with an OKU family member. Management told us to stop at the entrance briefly so we could get the wheelchair out safely and help her into the car. A guard pressured us to move and whistled while we were still handling the wheelchair because an e-hailing car wanted to pass. They showed no patience or empathy while we helped our family member. The pool guard was rude when I asked if there was a towel available since I hadn't brought one. This suite or hotel doesn't provide towels at the pool, and the guard's attitude made that worse. The place also doesn't seem OKU-friendly despite presenting itself as accommodating. As a Malaysian, I found communication difficult. Staff at the mart and suite couldn't speak Malay, and they struggled to understand English too. For a business operating in Malaysia, basic understanding of the national language seems like a reasonable expectation. The whole experience was terrible.

The host was polite, quick to respond and helpful, and both check-in and checkout were straightforward. The location is handy, with what you need nearby and easy to reach. It was a comfortable stay for the price, and I'd happily book here again next time.

The room was missing a blanket for the second bed. We also had trouble using the pool. It was raining the first day, so we waited until morning. The stated hours were 7am to 10pm, and we got there at 6.50am, but the guard said it opened at 9am. There was no notice about that, and I think management should post one by the guard and on the website. When asked, the guard also said it opened at 7am. At 9am, the next shift guard said my mom's full MUSLIMAH swimming suit wasn't allowed, insisting she was wearing trousers. It was a set. This was a bad experience for my family and me. I hope management improves its service and trains the staff, especially security. Don't make assumptions when you don't know, it upsets clients who have paid for what they expect. I'm not staying here again.

The room and toilet were so-so clean, though the staff hadn't cleaned the kitchen plates very well and some were a little dirty. Still, the homestay is very close to the shopping mall, and the price for three nights was low, so I gave it four stars.

The balcony view was worth the price, and the rooms were tidy and clean. I booked through NaiBnB via AirBnB. Go for it.
