JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur

We really appreciated Nijum tracking and guiding us at just the right time so we could get safely back to the airport. His care and support throughout the journey meant a lot. Our stay at JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur was wonderful. The hotel is in the heart of Bukit Bintang, handy for shopping and restaurants, and the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful throughout. Breakfast had lots of variety, and the service felt five-star. A great option for families and other travelers visiting Kualalalumpur. Special thanks to Nijum for looking after us and helping us reach the airport safely.

As a tourist from Indonesia, I had a really pleasant stay. The hotel is in the heart of Bukit Bintang, near shopping malls, restaurants and cafes, and everything was walkable. Public transport nearby also made getting around the city easy. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a modern, well-kept design. The bed was great for resting after a long day, and the bathroom was clean with a relaxing, premium feel. Staff were friendly, attentive and professional the whole time. Check-in felt smooth and welcoming, and they handled my requests quickly. I really enjoyed my visit, and it's a good choice if you want comfort, good service and a convenient Kuala Lumpur location.

We were looking forward to our stay at JW Marriot after friends told us about its service standards. The entrance was grand, but that was where the good impression ended. Check-in took over 15 minutes, which felt unacceptable for a five-star hotel. We were assigned rooms on level 2 with a window facing a green wall, so there was no view at all. The hotel app description and room photos hadn't mentioned this. They offered an upgrade, but it would cost an extra RM600. I was already upset because the four-night stay was costly, and we had to pay more on top. If the room situation had been made clear, we could have made a better-informed booking decision. JW Marriot needs to be more transparent about room details and photos. Truly disappointing, especially since we've stayed at BonVoy hotels elsewhere without this kind of problem.

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, so SHINA kindly arranged complimentary access to the Club Lounge while we waited. We could rest and use the facilities, and that thoughtful gesture made a real difference. I'd like to commend your Duty Manager, SHINA, for being so caring, attentive and professional. She went out of her way to meet our needs and even responded promptly outside her working hours, which was very reassuring. Her proactive, accommodating service reflects the hotel's hospitality standards. Please pass along our heartfelt thanks, she's a real asset to the team. We had a memorable and pleasant stay.
