There are loads of food shops around, and it's easy to get Grab or find a place for breakfast. The hotel is centrally located near SOGO and Globe Silk Store. Check-in went well and we got a good room. The TV was excellent, and road noise didn't reach us.

We only stayed one night, but my family and I enjoyed it. The room was spacious, clean and tidy, with a good shower and an iron and ironing board provided. I booked a street-view room and especially liked it at night. The location is well placed for shopaholics.

The hotel is a good deal for the price, with good service and easy access via LRT. The lift was out of service, but they told us by WhatsApps three days in advance so we could make arrangements. They also fulfilled our requests for extra chairs and other things.

The shower is the highlight, a rain shower with strong pressure and hot water that's easy to set. At some hotels the water is either too hot or not hot enough, but that wasn't an issue here. The bed is small but comfortable, the room is clean, and the staff are friendly.

It was clean and nice, but I wish it had been quieter. We could hear showers in other rooms and people often playing with the room doorbells. Check-in day was really quiet, then the second day got pretty loud all day and through the next morning until checkout.
