The service was wonderful, and for what I paid, the room was fine. I mainly needed somewhere to leave my bags, shower, and nap before heading to the airport, so it did the job. The air conditioner had a strange smell, though, and could use a service.

All night there were dogs barking and motorists making loud noise, so I couldn't get any rest. This was easily the worst hotel I've stayed at in KL. My level 3 room smelled bad, and its door wouldn't close. Staff said they wouldn't move me and insisted it was fine to sleep there. I had to pay extra to get a different room.

Checking out was smooth, and the room was clean. Mine had no window, though, and there was some tobacco smell in the room, much stronger in the toilet. Anyone allergic to tobacco might need to ask for another room. There was no breakfast. The receptionist was polite but wasn't very helpful about the deposit. I didn't have much cash, so I had to accept two plush pillows instead of a cash refund.
