The location is handy, close to Bukit Jalil Stadium, but the rest of my two-night stay was disappointing. The room was dirty, with lots of small cockroaches, and the air conditioner kept turning off every half hour because of a timer problem, so I couldn’t rest well. There was no housekeeping during my stay. They only clean if you ask at the counter, but the staff never told us or asked whether we wanted it. Parking is limited before 10pm and usually only available after that. Soundproofing is poor too, and the hotel feels old and poorly maintained.

I expected better from a place that’s supposed to be a luxury hotel. The bathrooms in the cheaper rooms are poorly maintained, with dirty floors, worn walls and worn cabinets.

Room 215 was clean enough. The sliding toilet door needs to be fixed soon because the roller is damaged. It’s very inconvenient when you need to use the toilet.

The room was spacious and clean, and the location was handy, with shops and bars nearby and the concert venue around 1.2km away. We had a pleasant one-night stay. Parking was the only difficult part. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The room was small but not uncomfortably so. It had a set of 3 white top cabinets, a desk and chair, a white bed with a blanket and 2 pillows, a small TV, and an air conditioner. The shower room included a toilet and sink. There was no shoe-case. I booked a single room while I was outside Malaysia, where the hotel is located. It cost over 3,500 THB for 5 nights, or more than 700 THB a night. At check-in, reception asked me for the deposit I’d agreed to when booking. I got it back when I checked out.
