A Best Seri Bukit Ceylon Serviced Residence

For years I've seen the same problems at SBC: check-in fraud, poor security, loud music, and management that seems to lack the courtesy to address complaints. Why bother staying there in the first place? 🤷🏽

The building is residential and office space, and it's okay. There are two service lifts, one for office floors and one for residents. If you work here, you have to register in the log book every day. I worked here for almost a year, but management wouldn't give me an access card, so only HR at one office had a master card. Parking is narrow and dark, with poor lighting. There's a convenience store in the lobby and an Italian cafe that's always empty. Food nearby is expensive. If you're new to town and staying or working here, you'd be better off cooking or taking food to the office. Lunch alone can set you back at least RM20, not counting breakfast. Stay safe, and slay!!

I'm raising concerns about how some security staff at our condominium deal with residents and visitors. When people need help or guidance, guards often don't offer support. I've also seen aggressive behavior go unchecked, with guards staying passive rather than stepping in. Some staff speak to residents impolitely and unprofessionally, and strangers are sometimes let in without proper questions or verification, putting residents' safety at risk. A secure and respectful environment matters to everyone who lives here. I urge management to address these problems with appropriate action, training, and supervision. Thank you for your attention.

On check-in day, Cozy Home by Seri Bukit Ceylon Residency said it had no record of my Agoda booking, even though I sent proof of confirmation. The next day I noticed Agoda had made it look as if I'd canceled that day. Why would I contact the host to check in and cancel at the same time? I sent and received proof of the booking, so don't make it seem the customer never booked or canceled just to cover a mistake. Shame on both Cozy Home and Agoda. If you're running a business, streamline the process instead of frustrating customers. Please make your process work. And the Agoda Bot was the worst bot ever.
