The main thing in this building’s favor is its Brickfields location. For two bedrooms, rent starts above 3200 RM, which doesn’t seem worthwhile when there are bigger and cheaper places nearby. The units are small and expensive. There are also recurring problems with the property. Materials and construction seem poor: drilling and grinding noises are constant, amenities such as the basketball court, pool and games are often damaged, and fixtures inside units, including switches, glass walls, bidets, kitchen piping, A/C and fans, break easily. The materials are all china made + imported. Units near waste disposal areas are intolerable, and roaches and mosquitoes are frequent. Parcels are often pilfered, with little response from management. Owners and agents are cordial before signing, then unresponsive when you leave, making deposits hard to retrieve. Security and CCTV are ineffective. Don’t be taken in by paid influencer reviews with amazing photos.
