10/10
The staff were friendly, polite, and attentive when I needed help. I stayed one night in a deluxe room with a queen bed on the ground floor. It was small, but comfortable enough for one or two people, with a modern, stylish look. Cleanliness was good, though not perfect, and the basic amenities were provided. A favorite perk was the free lobby vending machine drinks, teh tarik and cappuccino. I had six cups of teh tarik, no regrets! It was a great stay, and I’d definitely come back. Thanks for the good hospitality.

The room smelled fresh and was very clean, and the queen bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. In the lobby, they have complimentary coffee and tea tarek, plus hot and cold water.

The service was what made my stay at AR Boutique Hotel memorable. DK was professional, attentive, genuinely kind, and quick to help with anything I needed. The rest of the team showed the same care, whether chatting with me, arranging timely room service, or suggesting local spots. They made me feel at home. The rooms were spotless and thoughtfully laid out, with the comforts of a luxury stay. From arrival, the place felt warm and inviting, and the style was impeccable. My stay went beyond what I expected. I’d recommend AR Boutique Hotel to anyone after a welcoming, comfortable, and distinctive place to stay. I’ll be back, and look forward to seeing DK and the team again.

The rooms are well maintained, and the staff are especially friendly. A very nice hotel.

The five pillows made the bed extra comfortable, and everything was clean and neatly arranged. It’s a small but lovely boutique hotel in Cheras, with a compact, nicely designed room. I did have a couple of issues: the air conditioner was noisy at night, and the toilet tap kept coming off.
