OYO 89536 Hazris Hotel

I checked in late at night and badly needed a rest. Alhamdulillah, the front desk staff were so helpful and polite. The room was quite good and clean, and the price was affordable. Restaurants, fast food, convenience stores, and a 24-hour laundry are all nearby.

The location was handy, with Ikhwan Restaurant nearby for a meal. My first room smelled of cigarettes, but they moved me to another one, which was a nice gesture. It was a pleasant stay apart from that. OYO Hazris could improve things by adding a hair dryer and stopping guests from smoking freely inside the rooms.

The room itself worked for three adults, but dealing with the receptionist, or possibly the hotel owner, was a big no. He pointed at a customer and said “main lampu,” then called them “BODOH” in front of other guests. When the customer told him to be “beradap,” he threw a pen at them. He was over 40 and shockingly rude.

The air conditioning didn't work, and there wasn't even a remote provided. The sheets had lots of dirty marks, and the soap looked reused. Wouldn't recommend it. Ew.
