Cappuccino Hotel

The price is affordable, but you get what you pay for. My room was super small, and although the toilet was okay, the bed was dirty, which was really disappointing. Then water dripped from the ceiling onto my head as I walked down the corridor, so I had to shower again. The whole corridor felt creepy, with dim sensor lights that made it seem like Halloween. That leak needs urgent attention.

There was a smell of burning incense as soon as we entered reception, which made us very uncomfortable. In the room, little cockroaches were running around on the table and some were on the bed. We had booked two days but stayed only one, checking out early the next morning. I'm angry and disappointed that we couldn't get a refund even though we stayed just one day.

Check that the TV works. Cleanliness could be better.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, though I couldn't fully understand what they were trying to say since they weren't locals. The room and toilet lighting wasn't very bright, but it was manageable. They can arrange pizza takeout or delivery if you ask at the lobby counter. Good value for money.
