The deluxe double we booked turned out to be a cramped little room. The bed was broken and creaked even when I just sat on it. The sheet near the mattress had yellow, torn patches, and after lying down for a while I started itching. The toilet door wouldn’t close around the toilet bowl, and even sitting on the toilet made it noisy. Very bad.

My online booking failed, and they wouldn’t let me try booking online again. I was forced to pay the more expensive walk-in rate at the counter. They scolded us for not paying and had no manners, without even giving us a chance to rebook online. There were also lots of cockroaches in the room, and the bedsheets weren’t clean.

I regret booking here. The room felt unsafe and unhealthy because of the poor upkeep. Paint was peeling and fading, with flakes falling onto the bed, around the room, and in the bathroom. The ceiling was dirty and moldy, which could cause respiratory problems or fungal infections. There was also an opening between this bathroom and the adjacent one, covered only with plastic and tape. That raised serious privacy and safety concerns. These hygiene and safety problems show neglect, and left me deeply dissatisfied with a room I don’t consider suitable for guests.

The room was smelly and unacceptable for the price. The online price showed $41, but at the hotel it became $150. The toilet was very budget, without toiletries to use. Worst hotel.
