The room was clean, and the hot shower and air conditioning both worked well. The pillow looked blackish, but its cover was clean. Toiletries, towels, and drinks were provided. It's good value to rent, and booking through the app seems better than walking in. There's a refundable 50 ringgit deposit. The toilet light was dim.

I couldn't get enough sleep because my whole body felt intensely itchy, like ants crawling over me. The room also had mold on the ceiling, hair left on the sheets, and dusty, cracked walls. Sound insulation was poor too, and I could hear everything happening outside. This hotel will stick in my memory for all the wrong reasons.

A nice budget option for travellers. The room and toilet were very clean and comfortable, and I slept really well, hahaha. Recommended if you just want a good rest.

The service was okay, but there were extra charges and the rooms are very small. EXS.

The location is okay, but the customer service felt like they couldn't be bothered to help 😒.
