The room was clean and modern, and the bed was very comfortable. I was lucky to have nice neighbours, since I hadn’t realized when booking that the living area was shared with another room. Also, the building is cylindrical, so the views vary from room to room. The location is great: five minutes on foot to Petronas Towers, 15 minutes to KL Tower, and 20 minutes to the food street. They did get me into a room early, which was a bonus, but check-in needs work. I messaged them on WhatsApp from the airport to say I’d arrive at 9am, but nobody was there. I had no data, and calling would have cost a lot on my plan, so I had to use the Shagri-La wifi to reach them. Then I waited 20 minutes in the heat for someone to arrive. You don’t want to stand in the sun waiting to get into your hotel. All in all, I enjoyed the stay and would return and recommend Saba Suites to friends.

This was the worst booking experience I’ve had for a place to stay. The listing doesn’t say that the room is shared with another guest in an apartment. It mentions a pool, but using it costs extra, and parking also has a fee. Avoid this place. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

The area is convenient, which makes it a pity that the apartment was so filthy. The toilet was dirty too, and I checked out that same day. At least the bed was clean. I wouldn’t recommend staying there.

There’s no reception, and the staff were slow to respond, so we were left waiting outside for quite a while. They were rude as well. The listing said parking and pools were included, but both turned out to cost extra, with the pools only available at a nearby facility. Avoid!

The place was great and clean, with panoramic views. The owners were very, very friendly, and I felt at home.
