The receptionist was helpful and fluent in several languages, and the location was close to places like TRX and alor street. My stay was trouble-free and everything matched the rate. The room was fairly clean, though my window looked onto another building, so the view wasn’t much. Nothing was out of order, and the bathroom was clean. There wasn’t any odd smell like in some other hotels, no sign of mold or cigarette smoke.

Pavilion and Berjaya Times Square were easy to reach, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby, so the location was really convenient. The standout for me at InnB Park Hotel was breakfast, especially the fried chicken sandwich. Service was a 10 out of 10. The staff were polite and attentive, and our room felt cosy and comfortable. We had an amazing stay, and I’d definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Good value for the price, and I’d stay here again. InnB Park Hotel is close to Bukit Bintang, malls, food, and public transport, so getting around was easy. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful too.

Walking distance to Pavilion Time Square and Fahrenheit, and the staff were just as lovely. Special mention to Hana Syahmi and Almer at the counter for excellent customer service. They were friendly, gave clear instructions, and were always smiling. Definitely coming back!🤩🤗😄

After checkout, reception insisted on inspecting the room again and kept me waiting in the lobby. Then they said there was a smoking smell and charged me RM150, though they found no physical evidence of smoking. I don’t smoke, and I told the staff that, but they ignored my explanation and charged me without proper verification or valid proof. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the KL Bukit Bintang area and never had this happen. Charging a guest without evidence and dismissing their account reflects very poorly on the service. The staff’s behavior was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I’m left speechless and very disappointed. Please don’t choose this hotel.
