The room was comfortable enough, with a decent size, a cosy bed, and air conditioning that worked very well. The shower pressure was strong, though the hot water temperature was unstable at times. Parking was RM5 per entry, and it was convenient to have the hotel directly connected to a mall for food and shopping. The location was good, and the 24x7 gym suited guests with different schedules. I arrived late at night and was pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to a bigger room. Check-in was fast and hassle-free after a long day. There’s room for improvement. I noticed table stains and hair left at the basin by a previous guest, so cleanliness needs more attention. The TV channels were limited, and there was no Chromecast option, which disappointed me. Breakfast was below average compared with other hotels in Malaysia. I was surprised there wasn’t even nasi lemak, fried noodles, or bee hoon, which I’d normally expect as basic local options. Overall, a fairly pleasant and comfortable stay with good facilities and location, but cleanliness and breakfast need work.

We had a wonderful family stay at innside melia KL hotel from 19-21 June for a birthday celebration. The rooms were spacious and the location was convenient, near a mall and great for shopping. Special thanks to Ms Bella, who made our trip memorable by decorating my daughter's room with a lovely happy birthday display. I really appreciate her commitment.

The check-in and checkout were smooth and efficient, and housekeeping were professional, polite, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Their hospitality made me feel welcome throughout. The INNSiDE by Meliá room was modern, very clean, and spacious, with a lovely interior and cosy atmosphere. It was well organized and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The soft, comfortable bed made it easy to rest and sleep well. It was a relaxing and enjoyable visit.

The only little issue was the air conditioning, which felt slightly underpowered and could have been colder. Otherwise, it was a smooth, enjoyable stay, and we’d consider coming back. The room was tidy, clean, and well maintained. Staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout, and brought two bottles of water to our room when we asked. When we needed directions to a nearby 7-Eleven, they kindly showed us the way, which helped since we didn’t know the area. Service and cleanliness were on point.

If smells bother you, just be aware that I occasionally noticed a cigarette odor, possibly coming through the ventilation. The pool had a really relaxing vibe, and the room was clean, with big windows, a cosy feel, and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was great, and the staff were welcoming and pleasant. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel in Kuala Lumpur. ✨💕🫶🏼
