For professionals relocating or working on projects, these spacious, furnished units seem well suited to longer stays. Trillion Suites KL has a central yet quiet setting that should appeal to business travelers. It also looks like a solid option for corporate housing, with the potential for stable occupancy and satisfied tenants.

The items they accused my family of taking, a spoon, pillow, and plates, were eventually found after I insisted on another check. That made it clear housekeeping had not properly checked the apartment before blaming us. Management treated us as guilty from the start instead of handling it professionally, and the whole thing was embarrassing and disrespectful. A stay that should have been comfortable ended in stress, frustration, and humiliation for my family. This was one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve had, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone expecting basic professionalism and proper management.

The fifth floor is the best spot to hang out, and the pool is huge, about 50m. I’d choose a balcony apartment with a city view. Vehicle noise is the downside, though. It can get so loud that light sleepers may not be able to sleep. They really need maintenance. There’s an issue in every apartment, like doors that won’t close or AC that doesn’t work. Since opening in 2017, they should be planning a major makeover soon.

The only thing I’d rate 4.5/5.0 is breakfast, it’s almost there. Everything else made for a great stay, and I’ll be back soon. Everyone was nice, check-in was easy, and parking was hassle-free. I booked a single-room apartment, which was clean, cozy, spacious, and fully equipped. Having two bathrooms was a bonus when lots of places only have one.
