I’m planning to stay here for two years, and I hope management keeps the building in its current condition. It’s quiet and the environment is really good. The security staff are friendly and on duty around the clock.

I’d think twice before moving here. There are many hostels in Block B, and people have even had shoes stolen from behind grilled doors. Residents post plenty of complaints on the property app, but management doesn’t respond. The building is already having problems despite being relatively new. Block B’s lobby doors are broken, so anyone can get in. The main and side doors to the LG1 car park also don’t lock properly. The male sauna has been under maintenance for months. People throw food and cigarettes into the pool and playground area, parcels go missing from the parcel room, and management has blocked the drop-off area. Cars now stop at the side, creating a hazard for other residents. Getting around the property is difficult for both pedestrians and drivers. Jalan Kiara 3 is almost always jammed. Jalan Kiara 4 has less traffic, but parked cars often block the view at the corner by the gates, and a steel fence obstructs the left side. There are construction sites all around, along with squatters. After heavy rain, the car park smells of garbage and excrement. The gym has only basic equipment, and empty retail units are being used for storage instead of being rented out. The rent for a three-bedroom flat isn’t bad, and the property is close to 163 and 1 Mont Kiara. Those are the only positives I can think of. I first gave this place two stars, but it’s becoming a really bad place to live.

I paid RM200 through their app on October 17, 2025, to use the service lift for an air conditioning service visit, and submitted the refund form that same day. They said the refund would take 40 working days and told me to check my account myself because they wouldn’t send a notification. It’s January 27, 2026, and I still haven’t received any money. For months, I’ve been told to “just wait.” When I asked why the process was so slow, the answer was “my boss said.. my boss said..” Then, on January 21, they suddenly asked me to submit the very same refund form again. Their incompetence is truly “wonderful.” If you want terrible management and enough stress to shorten your life, this is the place. I’d give them negative 100 stars if I could. Avoid them at all costs.

In one of Kuala Lumpur’s most affluent areas, the price is around 1 million ringgit, which seems reasonable. The location is nice.
