The staff helped me check in even though I arrived quite late, and the bus terminal is only a 2-3 minute walk away. My room was quiet in terms of sounds from other rooms, but I could still hear loud cars and bikes from the roadside, despite being in a room on the opposite side. The bed was okay. I might return when I'm ready to explore Batu Pahat for a proper two-day, one-night staycation 😄.

The room was very dirty, with dust and mold all over. The sheets were dusty and unclean, which made me itchy, and the air conditioning wasn't cold.

Sorry, but this was quite a bad stay. The room and toilet seemed a bit dirty, there was no hot water, and we heard a lot of noise outside the room at night. When I asked about the water, the staff said it was broken and that a plumber would be called, but the plumber wouldn't come until the following week. There's no lift, so we had to carry our things and our baby up three storeys.

At RM80 a night, this is a budget hotel with a decent room, apart from the odd faucet in the toilet. The staff are friendly, restaurants are within walking distance, and there's plenty of public parking. There isn't a lift.

The location is very strategic and we liked it, though parking requires coupon fees. The room was comfortable, but having the washbasin right beside the bed wasn't suitable. We stayed several days and got no room service, so we had to ask for drinking water, coffee, and toiletries. It was upsetting when the receptionist said they were out of coffee and carelessly blamed management. If you have an infant, avoid staying here because weekend nights were noisy with drumming.
