I slept really well because the bed was so comfortable, and the room was clean and tidy. I liked the design, plus there was a big cinema and a games room. The city view from the room was amazing. Room service was fast and efficient, and the location is convenient for shopping malls and tourist attractions. I'll come back.

The window view was beautiful and made the stay more relaxing. The homestay itself was clean, comfortable and cozy, and the service was excellent and smooth from start to finish. It's a great location too, with lots of food places and convenience stores close by. I'd rate it 4 stars.

The host was friendly and quick to respond, and check-in went smoothly. The unit was clean, spacious and well maintained, with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. It's close to shops and restaurants, and easy to get to the city. A great option for either work or leisure, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Penang.

HangoutSpaceZ at The CEO Building made for a fun, cozy staycation, or an easy place to hang out with friends. The interiors are comfortable and the entertainment setup is creative, so the space feels thoughtfully put together. It's also convenient if you're exploring Bayan Lepas. A nice place to unwind, make memories and take a break from the usual routine.

Our stay during the Sept 2025 school holiday was so enjoyable. Our son was preparing for a school exam after the break and said this was the best homestay ever because it was such a fun, relaxing place to study. We loved the theater and all the movie options. The owner was very helpful with our questions. Food and drinks were cheap and easy to pay for by QR, and Nasi Kandar Original Kayu right by the lobby entrance was so good that we went back for nasi kandar again and again. Parking in front of the lobby was free. Inshaallah, we'll consider booking again in future. An amazing house for a school holiday.
