The apartment on the 33rd floor had million-ringgit sea views, with the old bridge to the left and the newer one farther away on the right. The three-bedroom layout suited us well: my wife and I used the king bed in the main room, and our two adult sons each had a queen bed in the other rooms. The apartment and bathrooms were clean, and all the appliances worked. Good water pressure, hot water came through quickly, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the AC was cold. The parking ramp up to level 7 is narrow, so the first drive up can feel scary. Otherwise, I highly recommend it for a family of four to six.

The location worked well for me, since I used to live nearby and know the area. The AC worked, the LG water dispenser seemed fine, and the bed and sheets were okay. Entry and exit by car use license plate recognition. Soundproofing was below average, though, and I could hear traffic and prayers from the nearby mosque. Make sure you head toward the ramp for the residence lifts so you don't take the wrong ones. The place looks clean but needs maintenance. The bathroom drains need clearing, probably of hair, and I noticed insects and roaches there. I ended up killing about a dozen cockroaches, which really spoiled what had otherwise been a decent stay. The sofa cleanliness is questionable, so use it at your own risk.

Check-in was easy, and the host was friendly and quick to respond. The room was cozy, tidy, and in good condition, and the price felt affordable for what we got. My girlfriend is sensitive to dust and unclean surroundings, but she felt completely fine here. The whole place was very clean and well kept. We both enjoyed the short stay and would gladly return.

My kids had a great time swimming during our two nights here. The apartment was clean and looked after, especially the spotless toilet. I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but this place really impressed us.
