The apartment itself was okay and had most of what we needed for a comfortable sleep and for doing laundry. We could use the internet, pools, gym, and sauna, though the sauna had to be switched on by request and had separate male and female areas. There was also an unheated spa. Getting checked in was a hassle. Our booking was listed under tower 2, and only after a lot of back and forth about them not having it were we sent to tower 1, where they did. We still don't understand why it took so long to figure that out. The TV was temperamental, crashed, and made loud noises, so we had to turn it off at the switch. Internet coverage was patchy too, with signal in some parts of the room but disconnecting in others, including the bedroom. The location is away from the city centre, so you'll need to take a Grab unless you're happy to walk, which is fine in good weather.

Check-in was easy and smooth, and the service was very good. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. Thanks for the hospitality. I think the girl's name was lia, though sorry, I can't remember for sure.

The worst service ever. Check-in took an hour, the receptionist was slow and rude, and staff were unhelpful. There were no signs showing where to park.

I wouldn't say this was my worst accommodation experience, but it was close, and I'll try my best not to come back. The Wi-Fi didn't work at all, there was a ceiling leak outside our front door that made the floor slippery, and the TV had no free-to-air channels. We had just one working AC remote for the whole apartment, one unit wasn't working properly, the mattresses were junk, and the pillows were flat. The concierges came across more like bored, uninterested information desk staff.
