We loved the pool area: the views were fantastic, the atmosphere was relaxing, and food and drinks could be delivered poolside. The vitality pool was a nice touch too. Breakfast was also impressive, with a huge range of Western and Asian dishes, fresh fruit, pastries, made-to-order options, and something for everyone. Room service was delicious and reasonably priced. Booked through Amex Hotel Collection, we were upgraded to a stunning King Suite with a spacious, beautifully finished room and an amazing view of Kuala Lumpur. We were welcomed with fruit, chocolates, and a giant American Express card made entirely of chocolate, such a fun surprise. The minibar was completely free, and they strongly encouraged me to enjoy it. Staff were warm, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout. EQ would be my first choice next time I’m in Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended.

The satay was the standout at the Ramadhan Buffet at Nipah, EQ Kuala Lumpur. The meat was tender and grilled just right, with a rich peanut sauce that kept us going back for more. There was a wide variety of food, and the evening had a beautiful, warm, elegant atmosphere that felt just right for breaking fast with family and friends. It really captured the spirit of Ramadhan and made the night feel special. A memorable meal, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended for a Ramadhan buffet in KL.

The pool is the main drawback. Kids are often there with water guns, balls, and other toys, and the jacuzzi gets affected too. Sometimes it feels like Disneyland without the rides. You have to wait until around 8:00 PM for a little peace and quiet. Some rules or set time slots could help children and adults share the facilities comfortably and respectfully. The hotel itself is excellent, with spacious rooms, everything equipped, comfortable bedding, a gym, a swimming pool, and great facilities. I especially appreciated the service at the entrance and valet area, I think the staff member’s name was Faizal.

The traffic could be really bad, and sometimes it took ages to get to the hotel even though it was only 500 meters away. On foot, though, nearby shopping malls were easy to reach. Our room was nice and cool, with a great view of KL Tower. Room service and housekeeping were excellent.

The room was kept clean, comfortable, and in good shape thanks to Ms. Yana from housekeeping, whose work was outstanding. Mr. Ben and the front desk team also deserve special thanks for being attentive, professional, and so helpful throughout. From arrival, everyone made me feel welcome in a warm and friendly hotel. I had a great stay and highly recommend EQ Kuala Lumpur for comfortable rooms and excellent service.
