This was a really bad experience. The reception staff and others behaved very badly, and the bed, sheets, and blanket were awful and uncomfortable. There were hairs and red blood stains on them. I asked for fresh sheets and for the room to be cleaned, but the receptionist said they clean every day and told me I could leave if I didn't like it. They still wouldn't refund my money. Totally unexpected, and I don't recommend this place.

I've stayed in lots of hotels while travelling, and this was definitely the worst. The front door bell didn't work at night because the workers had disabled it so they could sleep. When I woke them, they scolded me for disturbing them, even though it was 11:30 pm, not 2 or 3 in the morning. They knew a reservation was arriving at 11 pm, but there was no front desk service. Instead of checking me in, they argued with me. Is arguing with customers really more important than helping them? It felt like the place was being run by Bangladeshis and owned by people who didn't care about the business. Anyone considering staying here should avoid it at any cost. The few bucks saved aren't worth having your night ruined. Local guides, please help spread the word. I'll do the same to keep other guests from having this experience.

The hillside setting is really nice, with a lovely view and a spot to hang out and have a snack. That's why I feel the place deserves 5 stars for the location. The room, though, brings my rating down to 3. The mattress was so bad I could feel the springs, and it had a deep dip in the middle, like it was very old. The room also hadn't been cleaned well, with lots of hair and dust still around.

The room was uncomfortable, with stains on the wall and a shabby bed. The blanket was covered in hair, and the reception staff weren't friendly. I booked one night through agoda because it was near my workplace, but after a few hours I checked out and found somewhere else. Not recommended.
