We only stayed briefly, but it was a really nice visit. The hotel's industrial brick look gives it a cool feel, and everything was clean. The location surprised us in a good way, close to the airport and some good restaurants, and the reception staff who checked us in were great. The room was a decent size, comfortable, and had what we needed. The bed and pillows were especially comfy. The bathroom was a little small, but clean and everything worked. The windows wouldn't open, though, and I thought the price was a bit high.

Handy for a night or two while waiting to go to the airport. There's a mynews shop in the hotel, and I liked the floor set aside for small cooking. The toilets are small, but fine for a short stop.

I stayed overnight between flights. The hotel runs a shuttle van from KLIA 1 or 2 for RM15 per person, and the trip takes around 15 to 20 minutes. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. The rooms had the basic things I needed to rest before catching my next flight.

The room was clean, but you can hear everything through the walls and doors, even the next room's doorbell, knocking, and footsteps. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower caps, and all the other toiletries cost extra. Breakfast was poor too, with sour coffee and cold noodles. At over RM350 a night, this is overpriced. I won't be back.
