There was a cockroach in the room, and the smell was unpleasant. The hot water wasn't hot, and it got cooler the longer I showered. On the plus side, the air conditioning was cold, the bed and room size were okay, and the TV was fine. They also provided a hair dryer.

The staff were friendly, and the bathroom was big, though the water pressure kept coming and going. The water wasn't replenished when it ran out. I stayed for four days and three nights, and the air conditioning never got cold at all, even when I left it running and set it to blow at 18°C.

Food is easy to find, with a food court within walking distance offering halal and non-halal options, plus a few restaurants nearby. Most shops close in the evening. Parking at the front of the hotel is limited, but there is plenty of public parking close by. The frontline staff were friendly and welcoming. The standard twin room was surprisingly spacious, with a proper hanging rack and a shelf for luggage, clothes and towels. The beds were clean and comfortably firm, and the room was generally clean. The air conditioning worked, though it made some noise and its auto-swing function needs maintenance. The bathroom was spacious and had no bad smell, but could use some repairs. Shampoo and body gel were provided. Towels were clean and didn't smell unpleasant, and a hair dryer was available, but there was no toothbrush or toothpaste.

Parking is very limited, so it depends on your luck whether you get a space. The room has poor soundproofing, and the water pressure isn't good.
