The staff made our stay especially memorable. Everyone we dealt with, from the restaurant team to the people at the hot springs, was kind and helpful. We happened to need assistance when Syafina was working most often, and she went out of her way to help us find nearby places to visit, restaurants, and taxis. Her kindness really touched me, and I’ll find it hard to forget. My wife and I stayed at ERYA by SURIA Hot Spring Bentong from November 26, 2025 through December 1, 2025. We both had a relaxing time, and my wife loved the hot springs, which we enjoyed throughout our visit. We also got an unexpected gift when we checked out, a thoughtful gesture unlike anything we’d received at other places we’ve stayed. We enjoyed visiting nearby places too. It was a very pleasant trip to Malaysia, and the warmth of the staff is what I’ll remember most.

Good for families. The jacuzzi room is the one to get. There are hot spring pools at high and medium temperatures, plus a kiddie pool if the heat is too much. Food was okay, service was good, and the room was clean. We’ll come again.

The room was clean, and the facilities were good and well maintained. The hot spring has two temperatures, medium and hot, and it feels great to soak your feet. Wi-Fi was the main issue, since it was slow and unstable. My Celcom signal disappeared during the day and reached two bars at night.

After a stressful week at work, this is where I like to come and relax. The views are lovely, the facilities are great, and the hot spring water is soothing. My parents and the rest of my family enjoy it too. Thanks to the team for keeping the place clean and in good shape. A peaceful getaway I’d recommend.

We stayed in April 2026 with our kids, and my husband and I loved how calm and peaceful the place felt. It was a lovely spot to unwind and clear our heads, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There aren’t many food options nearby, and ShopeeFood and GrabFood don’t seem to deliver out to this rural area. We ordered Nasi Ayam Penyet at reception for dinner, and it was delicious. I’m not sure whether they offer lunch. I booked through Agoda with breakfast included, and the price was very affordable for me. The quiet setting made it feel worth it. I’d recommend it for a relaxing getaway.
