The bathroom was sparkling clean, which matters a lot to me since I'm really picky about bathrooms. The double room was roomy and comfortable for my family with three kids. I chose hotel Kristal after looking for somewhere suitable and comfortable on my first trip to Bentong, with cleanliness as my top priority. I'd confidently give it five stars for the room, service, and location. Thanks to receptionist BEN for being so friendly, helpful, and understanding. Wishing you success in your career. It's well placed for food and groceries, too.

The decor is plain, but the facilities and service are excellent. I'll definitely stay here again.

We got three hours of free parking coupons at check-in. There are two spaces reserved for hotel guests; beyond those, you have to park on the street. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. It's close to the main street, so expect some noise. For what we paid, it was good value.

It's easy to find food nearby, and the location is good. The room had enough things for a traveler, and getting to the parking lot was straightforward.

After its renovation, the hotel is definitely better. The room was comfortable and service was good overall, making it a nice base for a short stay. The food street is just a short walk away, and there's a pharmacy right downstairs for medicines or toiletries.
