The location was very convenient, with the hotel directly connected to a shopping mall and many restaurants and amenities nearby. I felt safe throughout my stay, and the hotel kept a high standard of security and cleanliness. Staff were polite, friendly, and ready to help. My room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the comfortable bed made for a good night's rest. Breakfast had a good range of choices and the food was excellent. My stay went smoothly from arrival to check-out, and based on my experience and what other guests have shared online, the hotel consistently offers quality and comfort. A good choice for business or leisure in Bintulu. Highly recommended for its service, cleanliness, and convenient location.

The cafeteria had an amazing view of the bridge. I ordered American breakfast, nasi lemak, and laksa sarawak. Great place to stay.

My rating for New World Bintulu is 58%. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the room was clean. Check-in was excellent, and the TV worked, though it only had local channels. They provided a hair dryer and iron. Breakfast was standard and uninspired, so I'd skip paying for it and buy what you want outside. There's no bar, but they have an arrangement with The Gold Mines Gastro Pub, a few minutes' walk away.

The hotel is attached to a small shopping mall, which is handy, and there are lots of restaurants within walking distance, including Peace Garden Restaurant and New Valley restaurant, as well as a delicious seafood restaurant. Everything was wonderful apart from the smell in the lobby. Could they do something about it, maybe use air freshener to tone it down? I was on the 9th floor and could hear motorcycles in the middle of the night, though it didn't bother me much.
