At night I even found bedbugs on the bed, and the pillows were covered in mold. This is the dirtiest hotel I've stayed in in Malaysia. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and throws away the moldy pillows right away!

I've stayed here more than 6 times, and the rooms have been clean each time. The service is quick and very warm. Sungai Petani town is just 3.6 KM away, and traffic isn't as bad as Kuala Lumpur. It's also close to pump stations and food stalls with delicious, affordable food.

At RM70 for a twin room, plus a RM50 deposit, I found it cheap and convenient. The place is close to kedai makan, 7Eleven, a caltex pump station, and laundryy. It works for a business trip or even a family stay. A win for me 😂

The receptionist replaced the room right away, but the one I was first given had clearly been left as the last tenant left it: the bed wasn't made, the bin was full, and dirty towels were hanging up. RM58 is a reasonable single-room price, though that first room was disappointing.
