Emerald Puteri Hotel

The room rate and the experience were both pretty average. The roti canai for breakfast at the roadside AsSalam Taqwa stall was excellent.

I had a terrible stay and wouldn't recommend it. At night, the lights kept switching on and off by themselves, and the doorbell would ring when nobody was outside. Staff blamed the sensors and restarted them after we reported it, but didn't properly fix the problem. They disabled the doorbell on the second night, yet the lights still flickered. On the third day I asked to move rooms, but the staff weren't helpful and gave me just one poor option. There was no real solution or proper service.

The toilet floor stayed dirty for two days, so the cleaning there needs to improve. It would also be better if they turned down the music outside the hotel.

The location was the only good part of one of my worst hotel stays. Water pressure was extremely low, and the door lock failed several times, so maintenance had to come fix it. Breakfast was awful, with dirty glasses, and I saw a few creatures moving around near the food tray.
