The rooms are very modern, so don’t judge by the hotel’s exterior. There’s lift access too. Most staff were very friendly, though one receptionist was quite rude and the service from them was poor. The price is very affordable.

The Malay lady at reception was very rude and didn’t even respond to our questions. They need to improve their hospitality.

We’ve stayed here several times with family, usually choosing a room with two queen beds. It’s a budget-friendly option, often under a hundred for that room, and there’s a refrigerator. The space isn’t very big, but it works if you’re looking for an affordable family room. The bathroom is inconvenient, though. There’s no hose, so you have to fill water at the sink and carry it with a gayung to wash after using the toilet. At night, groups of men eating and drinking nearby can make a lot of noise. I wouldn’t find it very suitable for a woman staying alone, but a big family might be fine if they can overlook those things. Worth the money.

A good budget hotel with a comfortable room, a good bed, a decent bathroom, and helpful staff. My two complaints: there was no bidet hose for using the toilet, and the mini fridge smelled of fish.
